Next, following a specific roadmap, I will begin to uncover all the blocks or imbalances holding you back from your healing. These may include physical systems, beliefs, emotions, family patterns, toxins...
Finally, I use a cold laser that acts like a needleless acupuncture, allowing your body to release any stress responses, replacing them with healthy beliefs, allowing healing to flow.
Have you ever found yourself reacting to a situation in a way that seems out of proportion to what's actually happening in that moment? This is because every experience we have ever had is stored in our subconscious memory. Many times, you may be reacting to something that actually happened in the past that has been triggered by something happening in the present.
The intention of this method is to identify the subscious imprints that are contributing to harmful patterns that we inadvertently perpetuate. Additionally, this method helps to reduce emotional and physical stress on the body. Destructive imprints do not have to be encoded by what's commonly recognized as trama (abusive relationships, car accidents, war, etc.). Seemingly smaller life events impact our subconscious mind as well, but we often can't put our finger on what incites unwanted emotions and physiological responses.

The modalities used in Mind Body Spirit Method are all designed to help remove cellular imprints from negative experiences and trauma. Our bodies remember every hormone, neurotransmitter, energy/nerve block, limiting belief and emotion from each significant event in our lives, even though we might not remember in our conscious minds. When our cells are triggered--by something like a person, emotion, relationship or even a smell--to recall an event, our bodies can re-enact the same experience on a biochemical level.
Because we have no control over these biochemical reactions they can make us experience physical and emotional symptoms that we would not like to have. For example, an imprinted limiting belief that you do not deserve to succeed will create a situation where you are subsciously sabotaging your ability to succeed (in career, relationships, health, weight...). No amount of positive thinking or affirmation-saying can change this because 95% of the brain operates on a subconscious level and is making this decision for you. To make matters worse, the conscious mind innately wants to prove that what the subscious mind believes is true, so it will protect those false beliefs. It is simply a self-preservation mechanism.
All of the methods used in the Mind Body Spirit Method seek to help identify those negative cellular imprints buried in the subscious and then release them, so that you are free to create your own story, to reach the goals you desire, to be more of the person you want to be. *(Adapted from Mind Body Spirit Release™ Academy)
This is done through a form of muscle response testing called ideomotor testing. Ideomotor testing means a muscular response to an idea (ideo=idea, motor=muscle). Muscle testing is a form of binary biofeedback - the measure of our body’s response to a stimulus. You’ll often hear muscle testing described as a way of talking to the body. Since our muscles are controlled by our nerves- we can present the body with a stimulus and understand whether it strengthens or weakens the nervous system. When we introduce physical items such as food and supplements, we see how they impact the nervous system. We can also identify emotional blocks and limiting beliefs through muscle testing. This is where ideomotor testing comes into play- we muscle test someone not by using a physical item (such as a supplement), but through charts with thousands of prompts.
The principle of non-locality explains that particles can affect each other instantaneously across ANY distance. Einstein called it, "Spooky action at a distance." The application of this principle of non-locality is used when I facilitate remote muscle testing and clearings. As the practitioner, I am simply asking your body questions and then observing the responses shown through the strengthening or weakening of muscles.
No, you do not need to be a spiritual or a religious person to benefit from this process. Conversely, it is in no way inciting spirits nor seeking to replace religious beliefs. It’s crucial to note that I, as the practitioner, am in no way acting as a spiritual advisor or medium. There’s nothing magical about MBSR™ - it’s simply utilizing muscle testing (observation of the weakening or strengthening of muscle responses) to identify what is impacting our physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
The initial session is approximately 90-minutes and follow-ups are typically 1 hour and are recommended every 1-3 weeks until you feel like you have felt the necessary shifts to reach your goals. Each session is very individualized and each person processes through the clearing differently. May people immediately feel like a weight has been lifted off of them. Others report more gradual changes. Many of my clients see MBSM as a wonderful way to re-balance themselves during stressful times in their lives and as a way to stay on track with their life path/goals and will meet schedule sessions as often as once a week. Others find they only need occasional check-ins. It's all up to each individual and their personal needs!
